Let us make lemonade out of the lemons of our lives!

“Too often aging is seen as a disease – a process to be feared and loathed, and rarely anticipated with excitement.  Humor can help with the changes, challenges and unexpected obstacles and hazards. For most of us, a playful spirit and a hardy laugh can help us speak wise truths and bear the unbearable”.

Patient’s Dilemma

Patient : Doctor, what should I do to live longer ?
Doctor : Probably  eat less and  give up alcohol and sex.
Patient : And do you think that this will make me  live longer ?
Doctor: Have no idea, but I know that no matter how long you live, it will seem to you like a whole of eternity.
